Good To Know
What is a HYROX simulation?
A full run-through of the race format above in a supportive group setting — same stations, same order, coached the whole way — so you know exactly what to expect before you ever line up at an official event.
Do I need experience to take part?
Not at all — our HYROX coaching and simulation events welcome everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes. You're coached at your own level.
How long does a HYROX race take?
It varies a lot by pace and division, but most competitors finish in around 60–90 minutes.
When's the next one?
We run HYROX simulation events for members through the year — check the events page for the next date and to reserve your spot.
