SMALL GROUP TRAINING

To build or maintain your cardiovascular and everyday functional  fitness and strength in a small and personal group with no more than 10 members per class. Choose any one of our sessions and workout in a Fun and Safe environment which will give you the result you are looking for. Each Session Tailored to members Booked in allowing for no class ever being the same. Instructed by our professional personal trainers to give you the best gains and results allowing for modifications at all levels.

  • STRENGTH - ( 45 min. )

    Every 6 Weeks there will be a new Focus to work on.

    MONDAY: Lower Body; A focus on Quads & Glutes.

    WEDNESDAY: Upper Body; Chest, Back & Arms 

    FRIDAY: Lower Body; A focus on Hamstring & Glutes

    This is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength using main compound moves while buring calories through out the day.  

    Working thru a 6 week Program allowing you to build throughout the weeks, either on Strength or Muscle Gain. Work on Building Strength by increaseing your weight and lowering your reps or Building Muscle by Increasing your Sets and Reps. Speak to your Trainers to get the best advice and guidence for the best results.

    So get ready to push your limits, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger and more empowered!

  • ADVANCED STRENGTH(45 MIN)

    SATURDAY

    ARE YOU READY TO TAKE YOUR STRENGTH TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

    In this session we will focus on major muscle groups incorporating the main compound movements such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press and Deadrows and more targeting multiple joint, allowing you to lift heavy weights and build overall strength.   

    Get ready to challenge your limits, lift heavy and take your strength training to new heights!

  • WARRIOR ( 45 min. )

    TUESDAY AND FRIDAY

    Boxing for Fitness 12 rounds x 3 Minutes with a 30 sec switch and a final Ab Burner to Finish.

    This Session will make you Sweat, with an overall high-energy workout challenging beginners and experienced participates. 

    A mix between Boxing and Function Movements this session will push your endurance and stamina to the limits.

    SATURDAY

    Develop core strength with kickboxing/boxing techniques.

    Covering all aspects of Boxing technique from footwork to punching combinations, Working on the Boxmasters allows each member to work at their level while improving on overall skills.

  • CONDITIONING ( 45 min. )

    TUESDAY AND THURSDAY
    This 45-minute Conditioning Session will test your Strength and Endrance.  

    No Impact High Intenstity Functional Movement will push your fitness limits and improve your overall endrance.

    These session are capped at 10 people that allows for endless programming options with a mix between solo sessions where you can push yourself thru or group circuits allowing for a team efforts these session will get you sweating.

    A combination of AMRAP's, Rounds for Time, EMOM, or Circuits theses sessions will give you it all.
