SMALL GROUP TRAINING
To build or maintain your cardiovascular and everyday functional fitness and strength in a small and personal group. Choose any one of our sessions and workout in a Fun and Safe environment which will give you the result you are looking for. Instructed by our professional Personal Coaches to give you the best results, allowing for modifications at all levels.
Our workouts work around you. From returning to exercise from Injury, having kids, time off from the gym, whatever the reason we are here to motivate you, no matter your fitness level. Take the pressure off your busy schedule and train when it suits you our coaches are ready and waiting to guide you through your session.
Sessions start from 5am - 7am morning, 9.15am - 10am (45min currently) and 4.15pm - 6.15pm giving you the flexibility your need, never need to worry about being late or missing a session again. All programs are set for a 45 min time but if all you have is 30 min that’s ok we will work with you.
STRENGTH

This is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength using main compound moves while burning calories through out the day.
Working thru a 6 week Program allowing you to build throughout the weeks, either on Strength, Muscle Gain or Increasing Endurance. Work on Building Strength by increasing your weight and lowering your reps or Building Muscle by Increasing your Sets and Reps. Speak to your Trainers to get the best advice and guidance for the best results.

WARRIOR ( 45 min. )

Boxing for Fitness..
This Session will make you Sweat, with an overall high-energy workout challenging beginners and experienced participates.
A mix between Boxing and Functional Movements this session will push your endurance and stamina to the limits.

CONDITIONING
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY
Low Impact Functional Movements will push your fitness limits and improve your overall endurance.
These session allows for endless programming options with a mix between solo sessions where you can push yourself thru or group circuits allowing for a team effort, these session will get you sweating.
A combination of AMRAP's, Rounds for Time, EMOM, or Circuits theses sessions will give you it all.
HYROX

REFORMER PILATES (45 MIN)
