This session is set to challenge you whole body, build lean muscle and burn calories by raising your metabolic rate. Tone & Condition your body utilizing different repetitions and using adjustable barbells and free weights.
Abs, Butt & Thighs: 45 Min
This is a Strength Based session using Body weight and Equipment targeting The Butt, Thighs, Arms & Abs to tone and strengthen.
High Intensity Training
HIITSTEP: 30 Min
HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. Burn up to 400 calories a session
MetaFit: 30 Min
The Metafit™ 30 minute bodyweight training system gets results! it is a functional and effective, metabolic workout that will keep burning calories up to 24 hours
Metcon : 30 Min
This class is designed to burn calories, utilizing Kettlebells, Sandbags, Power Bars and more. Feel the “Afterburn” effect by amping your metabolism into overdrive by using high burst of energy in combination with Resistance Training.
BOXFIT: 30 Min
This session is a high-energy workout challenging beginners and experienced participates. Build endurance, improve coordination, fitness and burn calories while building lean muscle using Boxing as a focus, this is a fun but challenging workout.
Lucky Dip : 45 Min
This Freestyle Session combines our favorites in one massive workout Boxing, Spinning, HIIT and Strength & Conditioning mixed into one. This high-energy session will challenge fitness and strength and will burn calories.
