ANN SAYS

I came to Australia with my parents from Denmark in 1982, where I have had a fairly solid sporting history particularly as a youngster being a competitive swimmer.

Exercise is my passion and my lifeline. Living the corporate life for many years my health challenges were many fold. I have been unfit, overweight, had high blood pressure. I was a smoker, suffered from a sore back, chronic shoulder pain, bouts of depression and periods of high stress.

Exercise has over time become a savior and a solution to all my health concerns. If I don’t have time, I make time…. I have learnt that exercise is my health and must be something I do for me, it is a priority in my life as it should be yours.

My Objective

I’m focussed and driven. Motivating and helping people to feel better, fitter and stronger is what I do. My objective is to deliver visible results to my clients and to guide them on their journey, because that is what it is.

"BEING HEALTHY, FIT AND STRONG IS ABOUT LIFESTYLE"

Chris Says

I have always been involved in sports and active living. My main focus has been Men’s Gymnastics where I represented Western Australia at two Australian Championships and was selected in the Australian team. I have 10 years of experience in coaching children as I have been both a recreational and elite gymnastics coach.

AFL is another passion, where I am working both on and off season with the Subiaco Football club, as their Sport Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning coach in the 2010/11 season. Check out the Australian Fitness Classifieds website (www.findyourfitness.com.au) for information on nutrition of which I am their nutrition editor to inform fitness professionals and the general public on eating for a healthy lifestyle.

I love to lead an active lifestyle with good nutrition. If you think that the cost of exercise is expensive, think about how much it will cost you in the future if you don’t start making healthy lifestyle choices now. The benefits far outweigh the cost associated with physical inactivity and a poor diet.

My Objective

To get the very best results for you. I will design a specific and tailored program to meet your individual fitness and nutritional goals.

My areas of strength

IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START EXERCISING

I’m a pom!! But managed to escape and moved to sunny Perth many years ago. Yes and I have a keen sense of humour too.

In England my main sporting background included playing soccer to State level and being on the books with a professional soccer club now playing in the Championship of English soccer. At University I fell in love with road running, and in particular, hills!! I’m now a happy plodder but love going to Smiths Beach at Margaret River, WA and tackling the 1km climb from the beach to Canal Rocks Road. I’m not confined to soccer and running, I happily join in any active sport that gets the heart pumping.

My keen interest has always been preparing and developing programs and strategies to improve performance. Here In Australia, I’ve coached soccer teams in age groups from under 8 through to open age, playing State league. No team that I’ve coached has ever finished below 3rd nor finished a season without a trophy.

My Objective

My personal motivation is to assist individuals to improve their quality of life through regular participation in exercise. ” I love this job and I look forward to helping you achieve your health goals. I will make every effort to ensure that the journey to your destination is an enjoyable one with some laughs along the way.

THERE ARE NO SHORT CUTS TO ANY PLACE WORTH GOING

I’m originally from the good old country, born and raised in the goldfields town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder where I completed school and moved to Perth to pursue my football dreams. I have always wanted to help people become fitter, stronger and healthier in life.

I chose to be a Personal Trainer because I really love to motivate people and help them to achieve their fitness goals and aims. My life revolves around sport, 6 out of 7 days a week are filled with 2 or more hours of training and playing football, I have passion and love for sporting games and exercise.

I am very adaptable and work well with all walks of life

My Objective

I want to help people to enjoy a fuller and healthier lifestyle, because I care about people.

Through physical exercise and mental discipline I love to help people, encourage them and motivate them to achieve the goals they strive for. Australia has just become the number one country in the world for weight gain and I want to be one of the people to help bring Australia down from this position.

Don’t Give up, Never say never” always look forward
