Hi, my name is Ann Nielsen, I am the owner, operator of Tailored Fitness. I know how hard it is to lose weight and even sometimes just to get started on an exercise and nutrition program. At various times in my life I have gained weight, the latest being an added pregnancy weight of 16kgs when my daughter was born. Three months later I then took on our Total Weight Loss Solutions Program and by six months I had lost the weight again.

We recognise how important good health is and just how significantly it can impact so many aspects of our lives. Through exercise and better nutrition you will look better, feel better, have more energy, decrease your chance of heart disease, diabetes two and so many other current day lifestyle diseases.
